....watching people try to regain footing and move forward is both fulfilling and very difficult. Sometimes you want to pull someone up but you know they need to do it themselves. The challenge is in finding the balance. An encouraging word or a helping hand while they steady themselves. Let me walk beside you rather than carry you. Good stuff. I love my job. :)
